This affiliation to one of the largest European Building Companies, which now also incorporates Ed.Züblin AG, with activities world-wide proves that such activities are also a part of the specialist construction world, in particular with regard to the technology, execution and machinery implementation, as documented in the special tariffs for our personnel. We are active, on both national and international markets, undertaking Refractory and Chimney projects for Plant Developers and other such Clients. Highly qualified and motivated individuals work together in engineering and technical teams for the planning, design and determination of the required construction, which is then executed and erected on site through our qualified site personnel and experienced project managers. Through the years of experience gained in engineering, project execution, inspections and determination of material behaviour , we are in an excellent position to advise Clients on the design of new and also the maintenance, repair and/or the conversion of existing structures. In refractory works, material selection is also influenced by the extreme thermal loadings of up to approximately 2000°C arising from the combustion process, together with the associated chemical and physical demands. For chimney works, height and weather, together with environmental conditions, wind and location are factors to be considered in the optimization of the design of the windshield in addition to the chemical and physical loadings arising from the gaseous emissions and plume affects, which can also determine the fit out of the scope and design of the inside of the structure.
